i found the staff VERY helpful. the rooms were CLEAN. check-in was smooth, a definite plus after a long journey. taxis were easy to find to get to masjid nabawi.
the hotel is a LITTLE far from the haram so I used a taxi.

the hotel location wasn't the best. i had to take a taxi to go al haram. there were no services around the hotel either.

Quiet Comfort Close to the Mosque

I appreciated that I was able to check in early. The staff promptly provided a room. I also checked out later than usual without problems. This made my travel much easier. The personnel was helpful and kind.
The soundproofing was not ideal. Noise from outside was sometimes noticeable.

The room was clean and well-kept. I found that great. The staff were helpful and very nice. I really appreciated that. The nearby restaurants offered tasty Pakistani food!!! I also found it convenient.
The water pressure in the shower was a bit low, unfortunately.
